The ‘’Rejuvenation Therapy’’Cure
Tones up the skin and rejuvenates and strengthens all the tissues, so as to achieve ideal health and longevity. Increases ‘Ojas’ (primary vitality) and improves ‘Sattva’ (mental clarity) and thereby increases the resistance of the body. Includes head and face massage with medicated oils and creams, body massage with herbal oil or powder, by hand and foot, internal remunerative medicines and medicated steam bath. Herbal baths are also used. This therapy lasts between 1:30 and 2:00 a day for 7 to 14 days and aims to revitalize the soul, mind and body, strengthen the immune system and achieve an ideal state of health and longevity.

It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha on Panchakarma and Swetakarma treatment. This will also purify the gunas and doshas of mind viz. Satwa, Rajas and Thamas. The real essence of our Ayurveda Treatments are delivered by our expert team of 51 Massage Therapists comprising of 33 female therapists and 18 male therapists. Our Ayurveda Management team is supervised by Mr. Baiju and MrHaridas K.
Our Ayurvedic centre is built in a traditional manner that allows Ayurvedic Principles to foster. There are a total of 16 treatment rooms, two steam bath chamber rooms and four doctors consulting rooms with two lobbies for guests. At our Ayurveda Shop you can buy herbal products and other Ayurveda medicines at the best prices.

The Villas at Nattika and facilities
54Villas are set out in 16 acres of lush coconut trees and expansive lawns. There are about 25 beach huts each with 2 beach beds where you can comfortably read your books and experience the beach after your Ayurveda Treatment. The earthy and natural ambience of the entire resort awaits your arrival.
These luxurious villas which are 700 sq. feet each, feature a large verandah (25 x 8 feet) and sun deck (25 x 7 feet) with spectacular views. They have floor to ceiling windows and unique open-to-sky bathrooms. Each villa is equipped with a thermostat offering air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, phone, TV and a work desk with adjustable lamp.
Our Deluxe Villas, 450 sq. feet in size, are spacious with a verandah (20 x 6 feet), sun deck (20 x 6 feet), and floor to ceiling windows offering a variety of views. Each villa is equipped with a thermostat offering air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, phone, TV and a work desk with adjustable lamp.
Our newly constructed deluxe twin villas with 421 sq. feet each, offer double beds. These villas feature a verandah (14.75 x 8 feet) and are equipped with a thermostat offering air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, phone,TV and a work desk with adjustable lamp.
